The Problem

Car flipping is math + logistics + speed. Most people lose edge because calculations and dealer offers are fragmented across dozens of tabs and manual spreadsheets.

The Insight

Structure the workflow as a pipeline—offers → spread calculation → decision output—and you turn manual browsing into a repeatable, faster loop.

What I Built

  • Scrapes and aggregates dealer buy offers and relevant listings
  • Computes profitability after fees and transaction costs
  • Produces clear go/no-go output with execution path

Outcomes

  • Compresses research time from hours to minutes
  • Reduces errors in core arbitrage math
  • Demonstrates fast productization: identify workflow → build automation → deliver action-oriented output
